HI
I am getting BSOD with stop code : SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED and what failed : rtwlane6.sys.
I have contacted HP support and they were telling to do "system recovery" and "reset this pc". So I went to HP service center near my house and they told motherboard has problems and they replaced the motherboard. Still after replacing motherboard I'm getting BSOD. Today I contacted HP support they told to reset this pc and I did. After an hour of using I got BSOD. After resetting my laptop I installed Chrome that's all. I didn't install any other apps. ( I bought my laptop in june 2022) I still have warranty. Please help me to fix it.
Thank you

Hi:
The rtwlane6.sys failure indicates a problem with the Realtek Wi-Fi driver.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Realtek Wi-Fi driver to the latest version.

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

You're very welcome.
If your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, here is the info link for how to use it to create a bootable USB recovery drive to factory reset your notebook.
I still recommend you update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version afterward because there is a Wi-Fi driver issue causing the BSOD.

Hi:
Before doing the cloud recovery, update the driver now and see if the BSOD goes away.
Then there would be no need to do the cloud recovery.
If you continue to get the BSOD, then proceed with the cloud recovery and if the BSOD goes away, leave well enough alone.
If you continue to get the BSOD, then update the Wi-Fi driver.

That's unfortunate.
I guess you will have to resort to the cloud recovery and hopefully that will fix the problem.
If not, you may want to consider replacing the problematic Realtek Wi-Fi adapter with this model which is also supported in your notebook:
