Hi,
I have a HP 13 Envy laptop which keeps crashing with the BSOD displaying
“Stop Code WHEA UNCORREC*ABLE ERROR”. The crash occurs anytime between 5 seconds after booting up to 5 minutes (the longest period so far)
I have completed 2 x Clean Installs of Windows 11 Home downloaded from the Microsoft website – but the problem persists.
I have completed the internal hardware error checks within the laptop but no errors detected and PASS indicated.
I have downloaded the further Hardware Error check tools from your website. Those checks identified updated BIOS firmware and updated drivers required which were successfully installed. After completion of all the checks with those tools – no errors detected. Still no change from the BSOD crashing the laptop quickly after boot up.
I have completed a Memtest 86 check with 3 PASSes and no errors detected.
Yet still the BSOD occurs.
I have recorded a minidump file – but I do not have the technical expertise to understand whether there is information within the file that will identify the problem.
Can you advise how I might resolve this recurring problem please – as the laptop is unusable in its current condition?
Many thanks
