Dear all,
Thanks for reading this. After a few weeks of using the laptop: I got the bsod screen DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. The laptop restarts, and is working correct. This occured once a week. I went to my supplier and got a new laptop of the same model.
After a few weeks the same occurs: I got the bsod screen DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. The laptop restarts, and is working correct. This occured once a week. I updated al the drivers with driver software.
After a few weeks, we got once per 2 weeks the error message: Critical process died. The laptop restarts, and is working correct. Afther this, I downloaded and installed Nirsoft BlueScreenview. This software says that this blue screen is is caused by ntoskrnl.exe+16c580. After some Googling, I found out that's a driverproblem again. Via the devicemanager, I asked windows to search automatically (for every device ) for new driversfirst

nirsoft second. It found that te AMD RAdeon has an update. I did this and restarted. I also did a 'windows memorycheck'. The laptop did this after restart. Nothing found.
Can you say me what's wrong with this laptop, or what I have to do?
Thanks a lot in advance,

Hello The_Fossette,
Thanks a lot for the fast response. I was looking at your link. At that page, I could not find my situation: "critial process died". Drivers are allready updated, can you send a screenshot, what you mean for a solution?
Thanks a lot in advance,

Hi @PieterDV1,
If a critical Windows system process fails to run properly, your operating system will crash and display a Critical Process Died Stop Error 0x000000EF or Blue Screen on your Windows 10/8/7 computer. This happens because the process which was needed to run the Windows operating system ended abruptly for some reason.
Here are some of the things you could try and see.
1] Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter and see if that helps.
2] Run sfc /scannow to check for and replace corrupted system files if any.
3] Open Devices Manager and see if any devices are marked with the exclamation point. Update your Drivers and see if that resolves the issue. Did you install any new device or hardware recently? Disable, remove or uninstall it and see if it helps.
4] Perform a Clean Boot. When you start the computer in clean boot, the computer starts by using a pre-selected minimal set of drivers and startup programs.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
