Let's get back to basics and your comments :
- Windows 8.1 fresh installed
- The Bios and Drivers are up to date
>> Could you bring me some more info about the company you are from with regards to the way Windows was deployed on these computers ?
>> What is the image you have deployed and how did you prepare it and install it ?
>> Is Windows 8.1 fully updated on these PCs ?
>> How did you update drivers and BIOS on each of them ?
I did check the provided memory dump files. They are all minidumps (small memory dumps).

Based on the informationon them, Windows 8.1 is not vanialla installation. The errors and BSODs are various and causes are different:
rbtnfd64.sys - Riverbed Technology, Inc
Ntfs.sys - Windows driver
(memory_corruption)
Ndu.sys - network related driver in Windows
(memory_corruption)
snp2uvc.sys - camera
(memory_corruption)
luafv.sys - Windows file virtualization driver
dxgmms1.sys - Direct X related
It looks like some Windows installation issue to me. I can't point the exact cause of the issue at the moment due to the various issues (non-repetative issues) and due to the small dumps
Minidump files are useful to pretty much everyone because they contain basic information like the error message associated with a blue-screen of death. Larger memory dumps like kernel memory dumps and complete memory dumps, where all the secrets are hidden and they are useful if you plan on sending it to a Windows developer
Please, answer the questions above with regards to the Windows deployment and your company.
I'd also recommend you start it all clean with at least 1-2 computers of the same model and performing clean vanially Windows 8.1 installation, then drivers from HP website, all Windows 8.1 updates and just that for a couple of days. Take an image of the computers using software like CloneZilla. Start adding various 3rd software and in the middle between the updates just make additional images with CloneZilla. When a fault happens, you will be sure where it was.

Thank you for the fast feedback, I'm not allowed to post the Enterprise i work for but can PM you.
All images on out computer are installed via SCCM 2012 R2.
Drivers are also installed via SCCM
I have been updating them recently via HP SSM but some users come back with the issue others don't (maybe tired or coming back but always check on them and some changed their Virtual memery to 12288Mb and issue is resolved)
Will investigate as requested.

Hi Dean,
After a lot of testing found the issue was coming from Graphic drivers, I deleted the old drivers (maybe conflicts of old drivers in the image) and i updated to the new version.
