I ahvebt had any previous issues with this laptop, but I went to turn it on the other day and u got the blue screen of death. The stop code error is 0xc000021a, it can't auto-repair.

It gives a log code: D:WINDOWS\system32\logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

( I don't know it that's useful at all, figured I'd include it anyway )

I tried to factory reset it through the advanced troubleshooting options, but it fails each time. I don't know if this is an issue we can work through ourselves, or if we have to pay an arm and a leg to get it fixed, but any input is appreciated...

Hmm, now this is worrying. I've just had two clients deliver their home PCs over the last few days both of which are exhibiting exactly the same problems. One I can accept is a isolated error but two with the same error just be more than coincidence!

I found the following pages on this - not tried them yet. I'm just doing an image back of one of them using Macrium Reflect before messing about.

Unfortunately, the other PC is encrypted using Bitlocker so you can't attempt the above without finding the Bitlocker recovery key which I doubt my client has 😞
