When working from the power cable, everything is fine, but after disconnecting the cable for several minutes I get a BSOD with random errors.
There are also general problems with the power supply: the laptop does not go into sleep mode when the lid is closed, the laptop randomly turns on in the backpack, etc.

Hi @KennyMina,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that your HP Victus comes with BSOD when running on battery also laptop does not go into sleep mode when the lid is closed.
It sounds like you're having a couple of issues with your Victus by HP gaming laptop.
The Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) when running on battery could indicate various problems, such as driver issues or power settings. Try updating your device drivers and adjusting power settings to see if that resolves the issue. Additionally, checking for any overheating problems might be helpful, as excessive heat can cause unexpected shutdowns.
Regarding the laptop not going into sleep mode when the lid is closed, this might also relate to power settings. Ensure that your power settings are configured correctly to allow the laptop to sleep when the lid is closed. Sometimes, there might be a specific setting related to lid closure behavior that needs adjustment in your operating system settings.
