Reading similar cases, I realized that the HP team does not want to somehow fix the current problems with the BIOS.
At the moment I have the following problems: several BSODs at startup, BSOD when the power is turned off.
I could continue to assume that the problem is hardware, but the laptop starts after several attempts and works flawlessly. Judging by other cases, this approximately started with BIOS version f.13, at the moment I have f.20 and the problem is still present. All tests through BIOS, HP UEFI pass successfully. Because of all these problems, I simply can’t just take my laptop with me. Because it simply does not work on battery power, BSOD 15-20 seconds after loading into the system. That’s actually why I use it only as a stationary PC and try not to turn it off again.
I have already returned to this problem several times and received boilerplate answers; trying is not torture.
