Microsoft Windows 11
Hello. A month ago I ran into a problem - Windows 10, a BSoD with an Error: Critical Process Died began to appear.
I decided to upgrade to Windows 11, because my laptop is made for this system.
After updating to a new system, periodically again began to knock out a blue screen. In this case, the computer does not save memory dump.
I scanned the computer with all antiviruses, checked the integrity of the components through the software of HP,
the computer says that "everything is fine with it." Updated all the drivers, but all this to no avail.
To this day, it again knocks out BSoD with the same error.
This file is being saved while BSoDThis file is being saved while BSoD

Hello ZyablBoy89,

(1) Create a Restore Point in Windows

HP PCs - Software recovery options (Windows 11 and Windows 10)

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-40l-desktop-pc-gt21-0000i/2100716056/document/ish_5787612-...

or

(2) Check the FAT (file allocation table) of your system drive for errors and incorrect entries:

open an cmd.exe shell as administrator the execute the following commands and prepare a coffee ...

----------------------------------------

( note: confirm the question(s) with Y = Yes)

chkdsk /f c:
shutdown /r /t 0

( your operating system will be rebooted, take a coffee and wait for the check to be completed on the next startup, don't interrupt the process.

Several reboots may occur )

----------------------------------------

(3) Then open an cmd.exe shell as administrator the execute the following commands and prepare a coffee ...

----------------------------------------

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
SFC /scannow

shutdown /r /t 0

----------------------------------------

Please report your results.

best regards
