Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. My laptop have backlit keyboard, but it doesn't work, hotkey is fine but the backlit is not turning on, but other lights like capslock light on button, mute and mic light on button is working, In BIOS there's a backlit option and it's ON, but in WINDOW MOBILITY CENTRE there's no option to control backlit brightness and nothing happens after pressing hotkey.

 

    I already updated window and related drivers but nothing works. Kindly suggest me resolution.
