Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I have a problem with my hp notebook. The bactery led on the right side of the notebook case continues to flash with a white led both when it is switched on and off (and not in charge). So in this way the bactery slowly runs out even if the laptop is switched off.

I changed the bactery but the problem didn't stop.

What could it be? Thanks a lot.
