Thank you for your confirmation. In this case follow the PDF instructions but delete only the partitions which are the size of your F partition. Therefore, F will remain and you will install on the unallocated space.

Hello @Ibtisham
Thank you for posting in HP support community!
I am sorry about the issue you experience. As far as I can understand, you are unable to boot your PC.
I will be glad to help you solve your computer related issues.
- This is known as Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). BSOD is kind of Windows self-protection feature. If you received a blue screen error, or stop code, the computer has shut down abruptly to protect itself from data loss. This is an indication of a problem which cannot pend its fix.
- ROOT CAUSE -> A hardware device, its driver, or related software might have caused this error. What you describe could happen because of incompatible with Windows driver (most often) or because of hardware issue (rarely).
In order to troubleshoot, I would need some specific information.
1. Has anything changed or updated on your end ? Anything new ?
2.Test your hardware for issues
Please, shutdown the computer using the power button - pressed and hold for 5-6 seconds until PC powers off
Power it on.
As soon as you press the power-on button, keep hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap).
This should open a HP Startup Menu which may look similar to this one -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSN0qzXayUY
Choose F2 to open System Diagnostics. Follow the on-screen instructions to perform System Test >> Fast test.
This will check major hardware components for issue (do it just in case) . Here is more info >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03467259#AbT1
Let me know the results of the test.

Hello,
In a nutshell, I asked you the following 2 things:
1. Has anything changed or updated on your end ? Anything new ?
2.Test your hardware for issues
Please, understand that none of these are fix for your problem. I am still trying to understand what might be causing the issue.
I understand you cannot start Windows. Please, answer the question above (1) and let me know the test result from F2 tests.
Cheers,

You are very welcome !
Sorry to hear that you are facing these issues in a moment which is probably not the best for you now.
Ok, so your test results confirm this is not a hardware problem but software/Windows problem. It cannot start - this is technology and stuff don't change on its own - something has happened. Therefore, try "turning back time" by using System Restore in Windows
- Please, shutdown the computer using the power button (pressed and hold for a few seconds until PC powers off)
- Power the computer back on.
As soon as you press the power-on button, immediately begin hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap) before any logo appears. This should open a HP Startup Menu >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSN0qzXayUY
- Choose F11 for System Recovery options.
The computer should boot from it's recovery partition to open you various recovery options. Note, that F11 option will only work if the recovery partition is there (not deleted) and intact. From there, you have plenty of options to choose from. Every HP computer comes with recovery partition present to assist in tough moments.
Please, perform "System Restore" first in an attempt to fix the issue. Please, restore back to previous days (restore point) where the issue was not present. Here is more info:

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes. Provide your feedback/reply.

In the rare event that System Restore does not help (due to corruption or it was not activated), your only next option is to reinstall Windows
Below (in attached PDF file) you can see instructions how to clean install/reinstall Windows 10. If you have any very important files which are stored locally on the PC's HDD and you haven't backed them up before and you need to do it now, please let me know and do not proceed before you receive instructions.
