I noticed this morning that the Bang & Olufsen Equalizer is MISSING!
And, for some reason, I can't get HP to recognize my HP Omen laptop that I purchased before Christmas 2021 as one of my household devices.
And, after trying all day, I could never get the connect to an HP support person to work either.
Now, this laptop is not even a year old, to me!
And it is clearly branded with the Bang & Olufsen on the box and on the laptop and I have several previous HP Envy laptops with it and I LIKE IT and I paid for a device branded with it
At the least, I want a definitive and logical answer as to why it vanished!!!
I'm sorry but to me, this is misleading advertising!
And I'm not at all happy with Windows 11 so the fact that this laptop was bought to replace my 2017 HP Envy and I will need to use this Omen more often and I've hardly used it all, yet and then to find out that a Brand NAME item from within the laptop is missing when it is supposed to be there is not making me happy on top of being frustrated as all heck with Microsoft!
Just like, for the 1st time I finally was able, after several hours of trying, to get the HP feedback to open and no, I did not give a good rating for HP. First time, since my first HP Pavillion desktop back in the mid-90s that I've been this mad at HP!
I mean, I can't even find a great solution on the community that I'm willing to try without actually speaking to a knowledgeable service person.
I don't know but I'm beginning to think that my next computer may not be an HP and that would be a first since like 1993 or 1994.
And I may not go with Microsoft Windows either!
So, if anyone actually responds to this message with an explanation and a fix, I guess I'm really going to be surprised at this point.

What is your machine ? Please use HP Audio Control, you should get similar options under B&O
