Product: HP ENVY x360 m6 convertible

My device is plugged in and charges for awhile, then says not charging. I already tried to unistall the battery and restart, still not working

Note that the article is kind of long and I suggest you prepare enough time for reading and testing.

and check if your PC model/battery/charger may be part of safety battery recall program.
