Hi,
I have been having trouble with charging my laptop as it permanently says 'plugged in, not charging'.

The laptop immediately shuts down if it becomes unplugged and can't turn on unless it's plugged back in.

I ran a system Fast Check which said it failed on the battery check, with the failure id code U32BJ4-80V9GU-MFPWMF-C0CU13.

During the battery check a box briefly appeared which I think said 'blown fuse'.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks, Greta

Hello @Greta19

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I checked the failure code and the problem is with the battery. You will need to replace it with a new one.

Check this official article >> https://support.hp.com/hr-en/document/c00821572

You may purchase it from the official HP Parts store or from a local retail store. Here is a list of HP Parts partners and providers - scroll down to the bottom to find UK ones:
