Hello,
I noticed very recently that my two year old laptop was not charging past about 21 - 22% when plugged in. I ran a diagnostic through HP Support Assistant and was given the failure ID RXP3JK-B2EC2T-MFPV4K-C09623. I have included the error message here for further detail.
However, when I ran a hardware diagnostic everything passed just fine. Can someone provide clarity to both this error and potential solutions to resolve it?
