After replacing the battery, it was charging fine but stopped at 75% and when doing a battery check I received the following codes when the ac adapter (charger) is connected.

FAILURE ID: GW577H-BK5C6V-MFPWLK-C0BA03

PRODUCT ID : L2T26EA#ABU

Primary Battery

When I dissconect the ac adapter (charger) the code dissappear. I'm also unable to calibrate the battery as the ac adapter (charger) needs to be connected for this to occur but when it is connected it produces this code.
