Battery and Administrator permission issue

Hi 

I noticed an issue with my laptop (Hp Envy windows 10) that it doesn’t charge past 85% as I was looking for a solution for this issue I saw someone suggested BIOS update. I found a video online by Hp on this website and I followed through but BIOS did not update. One of the steps for BIOS update is to switch off Real time or all time virus protection. When BIOS couldn’t update I switched the virus protection back on but now when I delete on my laptop or copy files from external devices it asks permission from administrator. Note that I checked my user account and it says it is administrator and it is the only user account on the laptop. 
What can I do to fix the administrator permission issue and the battery issue?
