So for the past few months now I have been having an issue with my Hp Laptop. I bought this laptop back in August of 2018. About a year late I started to have issue with my battery charging. At first my laptop said ' No battery detected'. My dad was able to do a scan on my laptop to see if I had a virus & my laptop didn't have any.. So my dad was able to get my laptop fixed. well a few months past by and Now my Battery has an X on the battery logo. If I unplug my laptop it turns off right away. I am unable to take out my battery since my battery is inside the laptop and I am not tech savy enough to take it apart. Does anyone have an idea to get this fixed. I have checked to see if everything is up to date and they are. I have installed and reinstalled it numerous times and nothing has worked. Please help . Thank you.

You didn't bother to tell us the model number of the laptop, so we have no choice other than to accept what you claim about being unable to remove the battery.
You can check the battery to some extent using Powershell built into Windows 10. as follows:
1) Press Windows key + X
2) Click Powershell in the menu
3) Type powercfg /batteryreport
This will generate a report and if you scroll down, you will see Design Capacity and Full Charge Capacity ratings. If the Full Charge Capacity is much less than 100% of the Design Capacity, it is faulty and needs to be replaced.
IF the battery is, in fact, not removable then you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center to see about the cost of getting it replaced.
If you live in the U.S., here is a link to the HP Service Repair Centers:

Good Luck
