Battery not detected. I was using the laptop one day, then it was getting slow on tasks, i shut it down but when i tried to boot it with the power button it couldn't, I managed to boot it with the ac adapter. when i checked on the battery icon it just indicated 'plugged in, 86%', (charging or not charging was not indicated). then same time i realised that once i remove the ac adapter it switches off immediately. unexpectedly the battery started showing 36%. sometimes when on with ac adapter in use it could just indicate 'locking' on the screen and switch off. i downloaded diagnostics tools app and did a battery check. within the battery check window it hovered from 35% to 100%. now i am no longer able to do a battery check, but the ac adapter test 'passed'. currently on the battery icon when i go there with the mouse it pops up 'no battery detected'. Please kindly assist
