Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M6AV)

My EVO laptop is still in warranty and the battery life is very poor. I have ran tests and the results are all is ok but I have around 4 hours lifespan from 100% when not charging. Can anyone advise what I need to do as these communities are great but I need to contact someone at HP directly

I see that you are facing battery issues with your HP Notebook.
