HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion - 15-bc550na

Hi Community. My laptop is no longer holding its charge. It is 3 years old. It last ten minutes on a full charge before it shuts down. I've run all the diagnostics I can find on HP's website but none of them show a problem. I have taken the laptop to Curry's where I purchased it and they are unable to take it in to diagnose and repair it, so I am looking for another HP approved service centre that can help me. Does anyone know how I can find one?
