Product: Pavillion 14

Yesterday over the night my HP notebook pavillion 14 got into fire. It was being charged and it seems that the battery (which had been in the past currently overheated) turned into fire. My whole apartment has suffered severe consequences, not to say that the life of 4 people including myself were endangered. I would like to receive an answer from HP and discuss how they handle this situation.
