Si,my laptop battery are charging from 2 hours but till now the battery parcentage are showing 24%.I test the HP diagonstic test the battery result was REPLACE.My case id is - [Personal Information Removed]2023-01-17 (2).png

As you have already performed the battery test and it shows it needs replacement.
