Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba125cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP pavilion x360 batter is declining and just last for an hour. I plugged my lap for long hours but it never got full 100%, only 85% then it stopped.  I need battery replacing. I dont know where I bring to laptop to fix. I dont think I could replace by myself.
