Hello, for a few days now, my computer has been loading, suddenly sometimes it shuts down with the battery draining in 10 seconds. Since yesterday when I turn on the computer there is a message inviting me to contact hp support

Before we decide whether you need a <new battery> or not ...

 

(1) Download and install

HP Support Assistant (Microsoft Apps Store)

or

HP Support Assistant 9.19.52.0

 

(2) Start <HP Support Assistant>

- Run <Battery Check>

- Click on <Show advanced information>

--->>> Send screenshot
