HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ae000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased a HP Spectre x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC and it's been working fairly well. However, I noticed that the battery never fully charges. I have it plugged in, but the battery stays at 56% (doesn't lose or gain charge). I even put it to sleep and left it charging, but when I started it back up, the battery was still at 56%. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
