I am reaching out because I’m experiencing a recurring issue with my HP laptop. Every time I power it on, I receive the following alert message:
HP Battery Alert
Primary (internal) Battery (601)
ENTER – Continue Startup
After pressing ENTER, the laptop starts up normally, but I am concerned about the battery health and would like to know if a replacement is necessary or if there's something else I should do.
I have attached a picture of the message for your reference.
I’d appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.

Follow the steps in the following document, if this does not solve the problem, the battery must be replaced.
