Product: Hp elitebook 2570p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I picked up my laptop as usual and tried to on it but the charging light blinks 8 and a half time every time then I plugged it to the charging cable and it won't charge, it still continued the blinking. So now my laptop battery is very low.What can I do to solve this problem?
