Hello! 

I have a problem with my laptop.  

I change 4 times my operation system, but every time it doesn't work good.  There is a lag in all the programs but in TASK manager CPU work in maximum 50%, RAM 70%. 

I'm not sure where is the bug.  I Try Windows 11, and Win 10 pro

May I know if you have updated all the drivers on your system?

Did you make any recent changes to your system other than reinstalling the new Operating System?
