No, you can only go back to F.18 according to the release notes.

My recommendation would be for you to wait and see if HP releases a newer BIOS update in the future that addresses any issues you are having.

Doing BIOS updates and downgrades always carries some risk and since you can't go back to an earlier version than F.18, you won't even know if it will make any difference.

All of the release notes from F.18 on basically say the same thing...

Version:
F.18 Rev.A
Fixed in this release: - Provides the 2024.2 security enhancement. NOTE: After this BIOS update is installed, previous BIOS versions cannot be reinstalled.
Version:
F.19 Rev.A
Fixed in this release: - Improves security of the UEFI code. NOTE: HP strongly recommends transitioning promptly to this updated BIOS version which supersedes all previous releases.
Version:
F.20 Rev.A
Fixed in this release: - Provides improved security of UEFI code. NOTE: HP strongly recommends promptly transitioning to this updated BIOS version which supersedes all previous releases.
Version:
F.21 Rev.A
Fixed in this release: - Provides enhanced security. NOTE: HP strongly recommends promptly transitioning to this updated BIOS version which supersedes all previous releases.

Hi:

HP does not have a BIOS version F.13 available for download.

If you click to expand the Revision History section on the above link to the latest BIOS update, you will find the list of available previous versions to download.

The problem is, you can't go back to any version older than F.18 if you have the latest BIOS installed, according to the release notes.

so even tho i installed f.15 it will not be installed? beacuse i cannot down grade now?

If you only have F.15 installed, you should be able to go back to F.14 or F.12.

There is no F.13 if you look at the list of available BIOS updates.

You're very welcome.

Since the lates BIOS just came out this year, there may be some more updates forthcoming.
