Product: Hp15-bw023wm

Hello HP, I have an HP15-bw032wm laptop with both integrated graphics and a Radeon R7 card. For some reason, the R7 graphics card got locked after a BIOS update and Windows is unable to detect it. I want to access the hidden advanced BIOS settings in order to enable the R7 graphics card. My BIOS version is f.55. Is there a way you can help me please?

HP Recommended

HP has intentionally locked out the Advanced settings on most laptops. 

 

If yours is greyed out or is asking for a password, we can't help you with that.
