Bios and RAID and OS settings stuffed - need complete reinstall - HP Spectre 360

My Spectre wouldn't boot, the Automatic Recovery wouldn't do anything useful. I've played with BIOS settings and now it has incomplete Optane volume messages.

I'm over it. I just want to get the factory BIOS settings and instructions on how to reinstall Windows from scratch.

I've downloaded drivers but I can't run them in the CMD window (wrong eve format).

I;ve got a windows USB install media, but it needs drivers.

Any help!!! Thanks in advance, in anticipation and frustration. 🙂

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document:-

I understand that you're unable to update the BIOS HP Spectre 360  and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,
