So i recently checked for updates for my laptop via the website (because hp support. Assistant refuses to bring me the latest) to find that my drivers-bios option is missing. Is that a symbol of conclusion by any chance? Currently, Im on f.23 Rev A.
Now the reason I was asking this was because I also realized that another update appeared. The omen command center sdk was an option for 8th gen kaby lake processors and was under my device, was this going to replace the bios?
Im not sure, but when I install it, it just logs me out and is claimed to be malware...help?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
HPSA merely re-directs the updates from the HP website to itself, however, due to applications glitches the HPSA may not be accurate at times, when this happens we recommend reinstalling the HPSA app. If that doesn't work, resort to use of HP website directly instead of using the HPSA until the next update resolves that issue.

And Omen command center is not applicable for this model, you can ignore that.
Currently there are no BIOS updates available for this model.
Let me know if this helps.
