Product: Elitebook8460p

Am using elitebook8460p ,,with windows 7 is not switching on normally with the power button alone, I have to press the power button together with the special function key indicating connect to the internet ,,with the web symbol on it for it to power on.. When it's on it just shows a white screen showing  'HP bios application Selected is corrupt or missing.  Please install the application and try again

Bios application error (501)

Then enter -continue.. ''

 

When I press enter I follow instructions it finishes with a blank screen n a pointer .

Anyone ever experienced this, kindly assist.
