I recently had some optinal windows updates under windows 11 update, so i went ahead and installed them. This then prompted to restart the laptop. Afterward the laptop booted into bios into a bios update tool. The bios update had said it had failed, then restarted. Then it had booted into bios once again and said, bios recovery. the tool then says its writing a new bios image, then says verifying new bios image. After the progress bar completes, it says bios recovery has failed. It then restarts to the "writing new bios image" screen. I have tried to repair the bios using a USB and the key combo win+b and win+v. I have also tried a cmos reset. I have also tried alternate USB drives and no luck, even though the USB indicator lights were on during recovery. Any help would be awesome!

The proposed solutions provided on the HP support website have been tried again and again by myself. I have tried the WIN+B and WIN+C key combos during power on, and with the proper media on the USB, and yet the issue still persists with the bios. I have also tried to do a CMOS reset, which i seem to think worked, and yet i still have the issue of a constant bios recovery. I have provided a video of the process the computer goes through.
