My HP Pavilion model number 17-e064nr and when I try to turn it on it has a black screen with beeping and the caps lock and the wifi button blinking. On YouTube it says I need to go to the hp support and download the bios to a flash drive but my computer is retired and they don't have it available . Where else can I download the bios for my laptop?

The latest BIOS update I could find for your notebook is F.39.
Info link:

I ran the file and it will not create a BIOS recovery flash drive for me, but inside the folder that was created when I ran the files there is a BIOS BIN file and other files as well.
So, hopefully, you can figure out a way to recover the BIOS.
