Bios for retired model

Hi

My notebook is an HP ENVY  j003cl  in search of most current Bios for this (support retired) model to backup to usb for emergency use, I believe the most current is F.68 or at least this is what I had until I started monkeying around.

Recently up graded to ssd and new battery, night and day difference in speed booting and everything else. 

I have searched quite a bit and found one 3rd party site which provides ver. F.65 and F,63  but neither will install other than to usb then still haven't found the trick to roll back to one of these versions..

As for the monkeying around part I had stumbled on this thread regarding a search for a bios download for an HP j100 quad  series notebook. I followed the link read the notes and revisions and  thought it similar to mine with the  F.68 ver. up to ver. F.72 which also supported Envy T 15 and windows 10 but listed the 2 j100 Quad models as supported, not my model number.

I downloaded and installed anyway figuring it would fail or cancel in the process anyway. it did the first try, but after the rollback it should have been F.68 but still listed the bios version as F.72. so I tried  it again

To my surprise on the second try the flash succeeded and finished with no apparent changes or issues though it seems it used to have  an option or 2 in bios settings that are there no longer(advanced) ?

To sum it up I'm hoping someone might be kind enough to link me to a way to download the correct firmware for my machine, It's 12 or so years old but runs great, No tpm but want to try out windows 11 will see

The latest BIOS update I could find for the HP ENVY 15-j000 Intel model series is F.66.

Thanks Paul for the quick reply and for this link. Best coming directly from HP than other sources. The HP  cloud wouldn't and couldn't work for my model or serial# either since retired. Appreciate your help, this version will have to do.  

Seems my brain is slacking these days but I do recall F.68 as an update for my model though it's been 9-10 years since
