HP ZBook 15 G3 Base Model Mobile Workstation

Hello,

I am experiencing issues with my HP ZBook 15 G3 related to the BIOS and EC BIOS. Here's a brief overview of the problem:

1. **BIOS Issue**: I attempted to reset the BIOS password by reflashing the BIOS with a new bin file. Unfortunately, the process did not succeed, and it seems that HP Sure Start is preventing the BIOS from being reset as it reverts to the previous version stored on the EC.

2. **No Access to BIOS Setup**: The BIOS is password-locked, and I cannot access the BIOS setup to make changes or disable HP Sure Start temporarily.

3. **Windows OS Unavailable**: After the BIOS issue, my Windows operating system is no longer booting.

4. **Three Chips**: My laptop has three chips: EC, Main, and a 1MB Winbond chip.

5. **Request for SMC.bin**: I need assistance in obtaining a customized SMC.bin file to reset the BIOS password and resolve the issues mentioned above.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
Saurabh Nishad
