Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hp stream 14-ax020wm laptop with aadministrator or power on bios password - system disabled - lock  after 3 unsuccessful login attempts.... the system disabled code is -    i 52941036

 

any help would be appreciated
