Hello, community!
Unfortunately, I am unable to start chat with HP Support, because the site is broken 🙂
So I am writing here. 
The issue is about BIOS password. I've forgotten it, and I am unable to reset it by myself.  Can you help me?

If you have any memory of the rules we agreed to when we joined the forum, you must know that we are not allowed to help with circumventing any security.

 

Cracking the BIOS firmware to reassign the password would be doing that and we are not permitted to help you with that.

 

You can replace the currently installed BIOS chip with one programmed with a fresh copy of your laptop's BIOS.

 

You can also contact an HP  Service Center or go to one with proof of ownership and they can help you.
