Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I bought a Probook 6540b laptop from my company. It had windows 7 on and it did not allow me to to delete it to upgrade to Windows 10. I  played around with settings(bios) which was a huge mistake.  I now only get a blank screen when starting up. I have tried all the support advice to reset (power , windows key, key B,V etc ) but nothing works. The caps lock keys only flash on start up. I can't find any recovery software for my serial number. Is there anybody that can help ?
