The bios recovery files cannot be found or files are corrupted. Using another computer and a usb flash, download the latest bios file from ho website and create a bios usb recovery drive for the pc that needs recovery. 

i tried to download the files on the hp website but it says “There is no software or drivers available for your product”

where can i find the software and drivers for my pc. My laptop is HP Laptop - 14-dk1005nia. I really need help please

Hi:

 

When there are no drivers on a specific model # on the support page, you can use the drivers from the base model.

 

In the example of your PC, you can use the drivers from the 14-dk1000 base model notebook series, of which your notebook is a member of.
