Product: HP EliteBook x360 1040 G6 Notebook PC

Hi,

beacuse I had some problems with Intel mangment Engine, I restet my "Bios" and applied factory defaults.
I also restored "Security settings to factory defaults"

 

Now I have the problem, that my Windows 11 system is not booting anymore, because Bitlocker recovery fails with the following error message:

"One element was not correctly loaded...." ErrorCode: 8007139f.
So Im not able to insert my bitlocker recorvery key

 

Now the question is: Which setting could be set not correctly and has an influence to bitlocker? Can you help me?
