All commands were executed successfully in Administrator mode.  

I am not sure what you were expecting, but after reboot, I signed in and went to the store app and clicked Get. It’s locked in S Mode again..saying “working on it”. FWIW, the first time I did this, which was before the bios update, the switch out of S Mode was instantaneous.

The tests should be used to detect integrity errors. Unfortunately, I cannot help you any further. Please ask the experts at Microsoft or reinstall your operating system.
