Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

got a HP BOIS update installed.   Upon reboot, notified that the Windows Start PIN # had been deactivated.  I DO NOT HAVE/KNOW THE PASSWORD!!   I can get the the security questions, that I do know....but they come back as "one or more are incorrect" .    NOT TRUE!
