I updated BIOS from HP assistanced but failure after laptop restart. Then re-run the BIOS rollback process but still display is blank.

Go to your Support page.Download previous BIOS-F.42. Run the exe and choose the option to make a recovery drive using usb flash drive. When it is made, insert into usb port with notebook powered off. Press and hold the Windows key and B key. While holding them press the power button for 3-4 seconds then release. Continue holding Windows key and B key until a BIOS recovery screen appears.
