HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
So I opened up support center and it said something along the lines of I had a bios update for amd or something like that (I have been dealing with this problem for hours now so I have forgotten a lot of details)
So I go through the installation and restart my pc all seems good going through the bios update and I get to about 25% and it goes to a pure white screen. I don't know what to do I'm freaking out right now
