Bios update on HP Pavilion DV7-1174ca

Hi,

What is the latest BIOS update version should I install on my Pavilion DV7-1174ca?

Does that the upgraded CPU (from Intel T5800 to T9600) have an impact on the required BIOS version?

Finally, to install it, do I only execute the .exe file in Windows and then follow the instructions that appear?  

I'm using Windows 7 Pro 64 bit Service pack 1.

I actually want to update the BIOS because my motherboard burned and I bought a used motherboard (same model) and had the cap lock and num lock LED's blinking three times, so I had to reset the BIOS by unplugging the power supply+taking off the RAM modules+pressing power button for 30 seconds+reinstalling RAM modules+pluggin power supply+restart computer. Now the BIOS version is the original from factory # F.12.

The BIOS update is good for any dv7-11xx notebook with an Intel processor.

The ftp address works fine on IE but not in Edge.
