Lap top stopped working after I tried to do a factory reset on it, laptop will power on but screen remains blank, I’m only getting the blinking light from the caps lock key. Model m6-w103dx . I tried finding the bios update in the website but for this model nothing exists.

You won't get drivers page for your particular m6-w103dx machine. You have to use drivers page for the whole  series of HP Envy m6-w100 machines

Thank you so much for the help, unfortunately that may not be the problem after all. Unit still powered on, and only flashes two long, two short flashes on caps lock key. I have it connected to an external monitor as well just in case the screen is the issue. Nothing so far. Maybe as advised it is the mother board.
