Product: HP EliteBook 2170p Base Model Notebook PC

So yeah, uhh

 

I want to update/downgrade my BIOS on my !notebook to get rid of ME state in recovery mode problem, but I cannot find the BIOS file's on this site.. Anyone wishes to help? (I want to downgrade from f. 70 to f. 44)
